Add that when Becoming from Class d Or HCD a Chaos insurgency by escaping you cannot reset for 1 minute Because most of Class D or HCD i saw reset to grind off the exp and do Same Anti reset for Class D And HCD who shoot down people and just reset to be not terminated anymore and give them longer for 2 minutes cant reset
Adding also same for 2 minutes cant reset when in combat for Combative and Non combative department (please also disable 2 minutes going into menu to escape from termination)
