Lower the Door Keycard to Council chambers or add Special Card A-1 can open the Council chambers door, it honestly makes more sense when A-1 spawns nearby O5 council its chamber because they are there to protect them and execute their orders all it needs are 2 things, First Adding a Special Chamber spawn and put Alpha-1 spawning there in and Second is Lowering keycard required to open council chambers door or Add a Special Acces for Alpha-1 to open that door
