CDC, HCD (hostile class-D) spawn revamp.
While Normal D-Class spawn in their own cells in a light containment cell zone, Hostile CDs SHOULD HAVE their own zone to spawn in. - They should spawn in a broken down, taken over Solitary confinment or a more secured zone of the CDC for more threating CD but taken over by HCD.
Them spawning here, would show that they are seperate from normal D-Class and give them access to not get spawn trapped by SD or breached SCPs. Aswell giving them a special vendor selling more powerful heavy weaponry.
